Shubham Pandey

Company Principal

Education leader with more than 25 years of experience in raising financing for education, technology and business world. Education entrepreneurial experience includes school construction, technology curriculum, assessment and policy implementation. Technology and business experience includes effective administration, implementation of new business concepts, budgetary and financial experience and role model with strong work ethics.

He has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies. Shubham  is a board member of several for-profit and not-for-profit business entities and specialize in licensing technology  curriculum to K-12 grade schools. He has served on numerous boards of directors at for-profit and not-for-profit business entities.

Christian Triantaphyllis

EB-5 Legal Section Lead(JW Legal)
 
Christian focus on immigration matters, particularly those related to EB-5 immigrant investment petitions, I-924 Regional Center applications and amendments, petitions to acquire work-authorization for foreign national professional employees, and immigration law compliance in accordance with USCIS, Customs and Border Protection, and the Department of State.

Christian specifically concentrate his practice on business and investment immigration matters. He has significant experience assisting foreign nationals from around the world through the EB-5 visa program, and has prepared and filed many successful I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for regional center investors and direct investors. He also has experienced in preparing I-924 applications for regional center designation and reviewing EB-5 project documents for compliance with USCIS requirements.

Bernard Rojano (Consultant)

 
Bernard Rojano, the lead consultant and principal at Xecute EB-5 Business Solutions, has modeled and written more than 100 regional center and EB-5 project business plans. He has additionally provided business modeling and planning, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions and expert advice to more than 50 regional Centers, with his work leading to the raising and funding of over $300 million in EB-5 development projects. Rojano possesses 28-plus years of experience in matters related to planning, funding, modeling, management, business development consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.

Founded in 2008 by Rojano, Xecute EB-5 Business Solutions is headquartered in League City, Texas, and is one of the earliest-formed strategic consulting firms dedicated exclusively to EB-5 immigrant investment matters. Annie Black (Consultant)

A realtor since graduating, Black sought election to the Nevada Assembly in 2010 and was a candidate for chair of the Nevada Republican Party in 2019. In 2018, she was elected to the Mesquite City Council. In 2020, Black challenged and defeated Nevada state Assemblyman Chris Edwards in the Republican primary.

Michael has led a team of economists that have performed more than 60 comprehensive economic studies for EB-5 applications.
